    Hit the 25min cut-off with WB and rope climbs still to go. KTE and sit-ups wrecked me (no surprise there)
    Press Challenge: 5 1/2 rounds
    And 9 muscle-ups after class. These were super tough today, esp. after this WOD. Can’t wait until the end of next week and the challenge is done!
