    Dang, I was really looking forward to my first shot at Elizabeth, but I strained something in my mid/lower back. The weird part is that I feel it the most when I twist and there were no such movements in yesterday’s (or any?) WOD.
    I gotta hook up with Dawny. She’ll put me back together in no time.

    When was the last Thursday Family class you came to? We stopped the class a month or so ago due to no attendance. We are in the process of putting together a kids curriculum and dedicated program again. Should be ready soon.

    Steve – The fact that you did a 10k for just a time trial makes me feel a little queasy! :)
    Jay and Tim did an incredible job on Elizabeth! Nothing like some friendly competition to push you guys past your comfort zone!

    joe/gordon that video was hysterical. The words were funny but the intonation cracked my up….they way they said dou*(bag was so funny

    Anyway…. planned to skip the gym today but the 4 x 400 looked good. I was disapointed it was only 1x 400 that I ran. I was hoping it was 4x.
    But good tabatas and presses.

    off to yoga tomorrow, may come on saturday. I hope the dressing up is optional!
