
Just a reminder to all who train at North Shore CrossFit. Make sure you are taking responsibility for cleaning up after yourself. In our training hall there is extra fluids being dispensed. Spray your equipment down, disenfect your sweat spots and please clean bars if you scrape your shins on them until you bleed!
