    WOD Beverly 3:24 with sloppy form in the thrusters–need to stay tight

    Push Press 95/135/145/155/165/185F
    form needs work–not enough drive–more like a 1/4 push press, 3/4 press

    broke 500m row gym record in my warmup 1:26.1

    I did 21-9-9. I don’t even know my time. I thought that was hard. Weird. PR on the press at 95…tried it at 105 but jerked it.
    What the hell? I am really impressed with the numbers up there….way to go everyone

    Wait, who’s Mr. Bean? Amazing that a gym record would be broken in a WARM-UP. Holy sh-t! What happens when you’re warmed up and actually go for it??
