    24 pullups

    enjoy the McGuyver weight-belt I created this morning in Beverly.
    its called the nut cracker.

    Working @ FD. We have been drawing our WODs from a Hopper Deck.”Nate” came up this AM and it was my 1st time trying it. Great workout.

    WOD: 12:47 … situps slow me way down, i need to start doing them in my warmups everyday.

    37 Pullups: PR by 11 Reps from a couple years ago when I was a member in Topsfield. Goal is 50 by year end. I’ve avoided that for at least 18mos. due to my shoulder injuries. 50 will be mine!

    First day doing CrossFit since May(or maybe April?) so I cut down the reps after the first two rounds. I didn’t look at the timer when I finished but I’m happy with how I did.

    WOD: 12:04 first round did 100m and weighted situps(why do I listen to susie). Second and third round as rx’d.
    Challenge: 40 pull-ups, I may try this again later there is no reason I can’t hit 50.

    5×3 Front Squat…145, 155, 175, 185, Two Hundo <–Paid in full.

    T&M clinic again tonight with weighted dips.

    (55 dumb bell + 20 pound vest)

    75,75,75,75,100. Im offering odds….lemi know

    Mike is the sergeant of arms in the coalition to take Ben down. I have realized your 6am crowd is a hard bunch of guys to turn to my side. Presently we are 16 people deep and growing fast. Watch you back man we are going to hit you hard and fast one of these days. You will never see it coming.

    T&M = Ted and Mike. We basically started Beverly Crossfit. Danny’s just been hired by Dave to walk around and eat cereal and shit.

    Another little fun fact is that we also control the music in the place. If you have any requests…we’ll discuss it and maybe it will make our play list.

    weighted lunges with 30 lbs.
    WOW- around 16 minutes

    I missed the 6am this morning, had to be to jury duty early. Bummed I didn’t get picked b/c I wanted to put the guy away.

    Went to the 5pm with 27 others and assorted buddies – got to the 50 lb vest on the dips.

    WOD – love sit ups – 10:30 Pull ups – 10 a new PR

    I’ll be back at the 6am tomorrow where we don’t listen to show tunes or do dance numbers.

    Good work by the 5pm class in Beverly. I think there was about 30 of ya. Hope corey from the 5 enjoyed his 1hr of 52 pull ups gym record because I just beat it with 53.

    5×3 weighted dips – topped out at 30# (nutcrackers)…tried the 50# vest – HAHHAHA! RIIIIGHT…

    Lunges + Situps took about 24 mins (I couldn’t even focus on the clock after all that ridiculousness…I’m not crying about the time…but I never felt that kind of pain from situps before). Vlad kicked my butt on everything…

    Got 23 pullups…I think…mighta been 24…doesn’t matter because Alicia destroyed that…

    So much for pride in one’s self…

    Gotta get back on the game Thursday!

    Brandon, I think you got 25 pull-ups tonight. Plus, remember how far ahead you were in the 5k race on Sunday…:)

    WOD: 9:21 (no extra weight on lunges and situps).

    Brandon don’t sell yourself short man. Your time was way better than what you say. On top of that every rep you did was to the T with range of motion and form. I see so many people in the later rounds that might not come all the way up in there situp or use there hands to push of there knees on the lunge. Me included. For the all mights extra minute off there time. Stay strong with that work ethic and before long you will be killing all of us.
