		<description>Brandon don&#039;t sell yourself short man. Your time was way better than what you say. On top of that every rep you did was to the T with range of motion and form. I see so many people in the later rounds that might not come all the way up in there situp or use there hands to push of there knees on the lunge. Me included. For the all mights extra minute off there time. Stay strong with that work ethic and before long you will be killing all of us.</description>

		<description>5x3 weighted dips - topped out at 30# (nutcrackers)...tried the 50# vest - HAHHAHA!  RIIIIGHT...

Lunges + Situps took about 24 mins (I couldn&#039;t even focus on the clock after all that ridiculousness...I&#039;m not crying about the time...but I never felt that kind of pain from situps before).  Vlad kicked my butt on everything...

Got 23 pullups...I think...mighta been 24...doesn&#039;t matter because Alicia destroyed that...

So much for pride in one&#039;s self...

Gotta get back on the game Thursday!</description>
