Just realized that I missed Ben by 1:01 on the WOD.

One 5k Ben...just gimme one 5k and it&#039;ll all be better...

[Note to self...need to stop spending so much time sucking wind during these intense WODs...coulda had that 1:01 easy...]</description>

Took care of the 3 rounds of 30 x KB53, 20 x Slam ball 20, and 10 x pull ups in 10:38...my throat hates Croz right about now, but whatever...

Challenge (I think I missed the point of the 3x1):
3 TGU each side @ 20
3 TGU each side @ 35 (pain)

No matter the pain, I&#039;m glad to be off that uncomfortable chair that I spent 9 hours in today...no matter the pain...</description>
