But for those really contemplating whether its "worth it" to fork over their hard earned $$$ for CF----all you really have to do is think about the people you see at the local globo gym. those people who have been doing the same stuff, the same way for years, many 4-5 times a week, and look THE SAME. Their performance is the SAME. And they are MISERABLE. Then go to any legit CF, and ask a few people about their recent personal records, and how they feel about their community.... its a whole different ballgame. Just ask around.... Get some. Everything the good folks from Crossfit NS said above is true.
