    Front Squat: 205# (PR)
[Failed at 225# but I'll get it next time (maintained great form on the way down, but need to figure out a way not to stop motion completely at the bottom)]

ECSTATIC to be back in action at the 6 AM…Ben won’t say so, but he’s glad I’m back too. Pullups…gotta remember that one…

    Front Squat 1RM: 225 (PR).

Pull-up Ladder: 14 plus 9 of 15. Very pleased with this considering I’ve always thought pull-ups to be a goat of mine. (Maybe this is where I got the benefit from the muscle-up challenge.)

Thanks Joe! You will have the 275 next time. You were right there.

    Front Squat PR 245.

Paleo Update: At Danny’s suggestion I started keeping a detailed food journal a week ago: net loss 4 pounds at let’s say 98% Paleo.

I wonder if creativity or humor is an effect from the CF workouts….funny post and I am loving some of the profile photos.

PR front squat 105…could go heavier BUT lost my form on the way up so I had to stop there.

    pulls pathetic… I think 6 (I blocked it out)

Loving Paleo…gonna try the meal delivery next week….that will be good. Also buying my meat at THE BEST FARM… tendercrop in newbury. Anyone watch Food Inc (movie)? You will want to buy your meat at tendercrop farm after that movie.

Squats cure cancer! LOL! Milk, however is better than supplements. RAW MILK baby!

4 rounds of Cindy for the warm up…banded pull ups : ( My squat form was a little off…the last time I did squats I was carrying 30 extra pounds on my mid-section so I was leaning forward a little. Gotta work on that.

9lbs 14oz for my front squats: Leo was in a mood.

7 on the WOD…banded pull ups. Haven’t gotten the full kip back yet, but it will come.
