Deadlift Round 6 – 245 then may as well have tried to lift the Zakim Bridge ‘cuz that’s about how much that 255 moved.

    NARF scaled to 75# – 5:35

No 6 AM for me tomorrow…trading 6 AM @ bro-in-law’s kickboxing for him coming to bootcamp Saturday. [I have the easier end of THAT deal ;o).] Potential to make it in for a PM session Wed…I hate to miss out.

    I didn’t catch the chia pet comment…darn!

    Deadlift 225/245/295/325/355(pr)/375(failed)/375(failed)

355 felt pretty easy, but couldn’t even get the 375 off the floor

WOD finished 16 of 21 pullups in the last round at 10:00 limit

got through 3rd round of thrusters in 7:20, but arms just gave out
for last round of pullups. Frustrating, because I wasn’t even
breathing heavy– muscles just didn’t respond.

    Tracy Conley Says:

Got up to 205 in the dl, but my back started to round…so 205 was it.
Narf wasn’t nearly as hateful as I thought it would be…..9:09 rx’d.

Greeting from Henderson NV, Can’t wait to get back to the gym tomorrow night. I tried to get in a work out in the hotel gym. Must be 200K worth of machines and equipment that are not worth a damn when it comes to crossfit.

I did some DB thrusters, push ups, sit ups and treadmill. Got a funny look during the thrusters from a meathead watching himself doing slow DB on arm curls in the mirror.

Had a poor Paleo day yesterday between lunch meetings and client dinner. Feeling it today. Back on track today – one day at a time.

Had the privilege of lifting with the 6pm class and Steve K. tonight. PR Deadlift @ 350 … could have pulled a bit more, but decided to be smart and stop there.
