After the seminar last weekend I have decided to give the Zone a shot out of curiosity. I am not measuring or weighing out my food, just trying to stick to the basics. 1/3 lean protein, 2/3 fruit and veggies, and cut out ALL of the BS (except for weekend beers). I am curious to see how it effects my weight, strength, and overall performance. Heyyyoooo!</description>
