		<description>Well, its almost a week later, but i wanted to send a huge shout out to the whole crew at NorthShore CF.  i dropped in from San Diego for a workout (9am ) and it was a solid one!  I may be biting some of that programming for the west coast.  Look out for a tee shirt in the mail and thanks again for a great workout. - Sean</description>

		<description>Commnets got me thinking about what they actually ate that first time out.  Here is the menu from the first Thanksgiving.  It&#039;s about 95% Paleo, mostly because they only had what they could grow and raise.  I&#039;m good for 80% today, maybe 75%.

      used 53 until end of 4th round--weight was fine, but I
      had to keep rechalking my hand.  Ripped a dime size
      patch of skin out of my palm--forced to switch to 35
      w/left hand for final round.  Finished in 9+ minutes
