    I did the dirty 40…in 28:48. Almost all RX. YEAH. Happy with that. Ready to try the fifty – when are we doing this again? he he he

    Felt good taking 5 days off I think I really needed it.
    All my joints seemed to be working right today.

    34:02 (modified K2E to situps)…was cranking until I hit the burpees…Nice job, Kurt!

    I modified to be more back friendly.
    Did push ups instead of burpees, and did 14 lb wall ball

    34:18 rx’d. Holy crap….still can’t believe I did it. My last time for this was 38 something. Thanks to Dawn and Dave for pushing me along….and congrats to everyone who is tackling this beast today!

    Did the mommyfied version today:
    50 each of box step ups, walking lunges, presses (not push, just straight), back extensions – all with Leo # for weight (he wanted to be held, not watch, this morning)….then I breast fed Leo for 12 minutes and he fell asleep…and I finished with 50 25# kb swings…all in 34 minutes total.
    Good times!

    Nancy – I love leo is part of your work out! I think nursing burns more calories than wall balls anyhow!

    Back from the dead, first WOD in 3 weeks. Scaled down to 30 reps, still took me 27 minutes, but I’m pumped to be back. Will probably slowly get back up the speed over the next couple of weeks.

    bummed to have missed this one but it was great to be manhandled by davey p at 4pm. and I even got to see Diane…Kurts better half :)

    Good times indeed.

    taking a few days off to heal and then plan on coming back in 2010 like a “flying squirrel” running from a Valenzuela.

    felt a little “out of it” today

    first Filthy Fifty rx’d, but
    only made it through 40 burpees at the 35 minute time limit

    really slowed down with “knees to elbows”

    no excuses–just didn’t push myself

    Ryan and I did the Filthy 50 in Colorado the day before Thanksgivin elevation 5,000 something feet at freaking 6am!!!!! I am proud to say I made it through my first ever 6 am workout. Ryan did it under 20:00 ( what a freaking surprise) and I am happy to say that i set a new PR of 25:36. Which means I took almost 12 minutes off my last attempt!!!!

    7 PM Filthy Fifty in 34:15…RX’d except for double unders (because I still suck at those). Had Alex V on the run until he passed the knees to elbows…

    Semi-woke in the middle of the night afterwards and felt the rigor mortis setting in…not good when you’re planning to get to the 6 AM…

    Jen and Steph thanks! Just doing what I have to do to make it to the gym. Besides, gotta get the little guy used to the place since he’s Crossfit: The Next Generation. :) That, and I can’t afford the gym AND a babysitter. ;)

    And by the way: Tracy ROCKED it in class. Very impressive to watch her.
