    **EPIC POST** **T&M** **EPIC POST**

First off I would like to address a rumor that has been going around the gym that T has nothing to do with the T&M Blog posts. Whether this is an accurate statement or not …I promise you he is 100% involved in this post.

As we all know some new “rules” are being implemented at CrossFit Beverly. As leader and confident of the CrossFit Union…here is how we are going to deal with this “event” I like to call it.

~Watch the video clip below 3 times.

    - Replace “Joy’s” name with Dave Picardy
    - Replace “Joy’s” name with Danny Vee

hmmmm who else?? Brent’s to small to consider him a trainer…sooooo

    - Replace “Joy’s” name with Alex.

    Repeat as desired.

(Curtis’s own version of the Paleo Diet in my opinion)

Good video – fat, bacon eating hillbilly kids are fun to watch.

Major recovery day – being back at the gym 12 hours after doing the filthy fifty seemed like a good idea in theory.

120 lbs on overhead squats-form still a little shaky

78 kb swings, 80 slam balls

    skipped the challenge

5X3 overhead 120#. That first one of every set is so awkward. The weight was not that bad after getting past that first one.

    59kb & 69 slam balls

    Challenge 2:00

3×3 OH Squats @ 125#…took a little too long between sets…definitely would have finished the 5 rounds if I had paid better attention to the time.

Getting up and to the gym WAS my challenge today…

Good video … that poor little boy is a junk food junkie. I think we need to have a Paleo intervention immediately.

Nice active rest day today. Good to have Joe C. back in the box. I did OHS with 115#. Still worried about back injury. Challenge 1:45 with 20 lb vest. Sarah W. gave up after 3 mins. She could have gone MUCH longer!

Daniel…I’m basically writing you a stick note saying “I am not going to follow your rules”

    5×3 OHS 125#
    Tabata SlamBalls: 10 (20#)
    Tabata KB Swings: 9 (53#)

Rest Day tomorrow?!?…I think I’ll wear a 20lb vest for Coach Dave’s “lecture”.

    Mike,

After reading all of your ridiculous posts and watching the video you posted, I can understand why you are a fan of Curtis. You both have the same command of the English language. ;-)

Just wrapped up 30 days going 100% Paleo. Quantity was done using hand/eye Zone method. I felt a pretty big intensity difference between going 80% Paleo and 100%. The results were good enough though that I will stay w/ the Paleo (ie: real zone) foods. Just one modification though -> it is now open season on beer(s).

  15. Coach Dave
    Coach Dave Says:

Danny, I have your back. Mike, I will assume you are dragging Teddy in with you since it is the T&M Show. This is the borg brotha. We will assimilate you. Resistance is futile!
Big Ben, we have a clown in Topsfield too. If you ask around I am sure it is me.

  16. DannyV
    DannyV Says:

Pauly, by no means is it Paleo, but Red Bridge (Budweiser product) is gluten free. I’d rather have a Winter Warmer, but that’s just me.

    T&M: Good Luck.

  18. Gordon
    Gordon Says:

Good job Paul – I couldn’t do it – I was probably 90% in the 30 day leading up to Thanksgiving and had good results. Will do it again up to Christmas.

I’ll have to try out Red Bridge.
