Saturday was a busy day for North Shore Crossfit.
The 9am Team Workouts were packed. I think I counted 30 in Beverly crushing a tough workout. Most people got cut off at the 30-minute mark. Lots of sore abs today I’m sure.
Our nutrition seminar was a good time. A few people have a much better handle on post-workout nutrition, prepping food to stay healthy even with a busy schedule, and how to keep inflammation from ruining your progress in the gym.
