30 full squat clean and jerks @ 135#--a lot slower and harder than power cleans

tried to work on my form--reset after each lift--finished in 12 min or so</description>

		<description>I hate you FRAN. 4:48. Missed a PR by 9 seconds but I felt pretty good (except for a very dry mouth, haha). I have to find a way to make up some time (yeah yeah yeah push harder, I know.) Butterfly pull-ups could help but I can&#039;t get more than 6 or 7 straight. I&#039;m not sure how much faster those are anyway. Next time I&#039;m shooting for sub 4:20.</description>
