WOD 15:48 double unders go real slow for me…but on the good side there was a time when I could not do them and only get 150# on the front squats. small steps.

poor form (fat got in the way) all around

Wanted to make it today to watch Ben jump but alas, too much procrastination on the “pack for Baltimore” part of my weekend…flying from work today…
May pop in on the Thursday 6 AM Level 1…or maybe bring a buddy to the 7 PM…we’ll see…

I’d love to hear the definition of “consecutive” muscle up. Danny’s going to tell me one thing and Ryans going to tell me another. Regardless no ones stopping this guy from getting his newly rounded fupa from at least 12 consecutive muscle ups.
That being said…I’m out of control. I’ve gained 10 pounds this winter. Suddenly when I sit down again I have that uncomfortable gut. I think its safe to say its Paleo time.
I need a bread recommendation. I know its the devil. But for Christ sakes throw me a bone…what bread can I eat?

I’ve seen three 1st Muscle-ups happen in this last week. Which is perfect because I’m a 1st Muscle-up junkie. Casey bagged his last night, Steve last wed, Jimmy a few days before that. Great Job.

Surprised myself by being able to do weighted pullups. I gotta build strength to get that muscle up!
