Dave Picardy is the Head Coach, Operations Manager, and owner of North Shore CrossFit. After a short stint in the Army and a career in the office furniture industry, Coach Dave finally settled into the fitness industry as a personal trainer. He brought with him years of martial arts training and an understanding from the army of real world fitness. It did not take very long to realize the current fitness industry model of building lean muscle and burning calories was way off base. After reading two journals from Greg Glassman (What is Fitness & Foundations) everything changed. Welcome to North Shore CrossFit! Dave holds the following certifications.
