Basic Gymnastics/Parkour

This class is for adults, and young athletes who would like to get into shape or cross-train the gymnastics way! This class will work all of the muscle groups in your body (including ones you didn’t know that you had) and help you get fit in no time at all. This is a beginner level class for one hour that teaches basic tumbling and fundamental skills. The emphasis is on skill attainment while encouraging coordination, body awareness, strength and balance.
