Group CrossFit Training

Our Group CrossFit Training Classes have 3 levels to ensure all of our students work at their ability level and progress safely to more advanced movement and intensity.

You will not choose a level….A level will choose you!
Foundation * up to 1yr Evolution *1-3yrs CrossFit *
Light workload focusing on mechanics. This is where the foundation is laid for elite fitness. Without mastering the basics you will never reach your potential. Conditioning level working towards prescribed movement, weights and intensity. Focus on Skills, conditioning WOD’s and Daily Challenges. Athletes work towards their ability to perform all exercises with proper form while building up a strong conditioning foundation. The Sport of Fitness This is where the focus is on performance and intensity. This is our highest level where we play games, compete for rounds, time, points and glory. Our group sessions will occur as sport. Instead of trudging off to the gym to do the same boring routine you will be going off to see your buddies to compete in an individual or team game.
Our program is based on functional movements that have been around for thousands of years. Whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience, functional training that closely parallels real life and sport movements, and that challenges your mind and body works the best and is just more fun. When we combine this with variation, movements that require skill, balance, accuracy, agility and power, you’ve got our program. Our classes draw from gymnastics, weightlifting and cardiovascular training. Our classes will present a workout that challenges you and is personally rewarding no matter what your level of experience.
