1. Private Training Sessions. If you prefer a one-on-one attention or need some additional instruction to get up to speed before joining our classes, our private training sessions are for you. Our best-in-the-business trainers will kick your ass into shape during 60 minute sessions scheduled at your convenience.
Whether you need a personal coach to put together a program for all of your training, just want to learn or work on specific techniques and movements, or need something in between, the benefits that come from having 100% of your coaches time and attention is invaluable. There is no substitute for personal attention. In a private session is you and a coach developing your athletic ability. Special attention is paid to your individual goals and programming needs. Private sessions are a great way to practice a specific skill or hone in on some technique once a week in addition to group training.
