You will get a chance to learn a lot more about North Shore CrossFit and actually experience a workout for yourself.

- Monday 7am
- Tuesday 5:30pm
- Saturday 11am
The FREE intro session is a prerequisite for enrolling in North Shore CrossFit’s Fitness Boot Camp. The introductory session allows us to get to know you, find out what your current level of fitness and skill is and discover what your goals are.
Here’s what you’ll need to bring:
