NSCF’s weightlifting area is for members of our CrossFit program to get in more strength and Olympic lifting workload. The area also serves as a dedicated area for our weightlifting team. There is weekly lifting workloads posted on the board. The lifting area is always open, however, there are specific times that instruction is offered.
Instructional times
- Monday 11am
- Wednesday 6:30pm

Open Platform times
- Monday-Friday 6am-1pm
- Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-8:30pm
- Friday 4:30-7:30pm
- Saturday’s 10am-12noon
