Steve Blair is our running coach. Every Saturday Steve donates his time to North Shore CrossFit and heads up the running club. The club does drills to improve their running mechanics and always gets in a hard workout. The club is FREE to attend and is open to all NSCF members. Here is an article about running mechanics. The Petino’s have become a staple at North Shore CrossFit. I decided to take a huge risk and I followed them around at the gym with a video camera for some entertaining interviews. I survived. Congratulations on the birth of their son Leonardo Sebastian Petino.
