Clean Plate: Trial Week

The trial week for Clean Plate Delivered Meals is next week. All meals will be delivered to the Beverly gym Wednesday morning the 18th. If you sign up for the meal program after next week, meals can be picked up at the gym or delivered to your home for a $10 delivery charge.

Here are the options for next week:

*Chicken cattiatore- chicken slowly braised with Onions, Peppers and Tomatoes

Served with Steamed Green beans

*Stuffed Peppers – Bell Peppers Stuffed with Sausage and Vegetables

Served with Sautéed Summer Squashes

*Fennel Rubbed Pork Chops

Served with a Fennel and Apple Slaw

Roasted Root Vegetables

*Garlicky Shrimp with Sundried Tomatoes

Served over Zucchini Ribbons
