Everyone has training goals.  Goals are often specific to a sport or event, or general goals like health and wellness.  If you don’t have a specific goal you should think about something you might like to do.  Climb a mountain, run a 5K, deadlift 300lbs, play varsity football … you get the drift.  Think of a goal, post it up here, and let’s make it happen.

    I have a big birthday coming up next year and I am training to be in the best shape of my life.

    Plus I really enjoy making fun of Cas every morning.
