Remember to let us know if you are unable to make the regualar scheduleed times of Friday at 4:30 or Saturday at 9:00.

Workout 4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats (120lbs / 90lbs)
10 Muscle-ups

Just a reminder every rep counts!
