    Perfect workout for a day off – 15:55 with jumping pull ups. Lots of good rx times in Beverly this morning.

    I couldn’t make it to the 10 oclock this morning, so I did it here at home. I did it in 22:40, I’m happy with that!!! That was HARD!!

    I couldn’t make it at 10AM this morning so I worked out at Latitude this afternoon (courtesy of a free pass from Mr. Crosby). It’s been a while since I last saw an obnoxious, sweaty guy, grunting through a set of calf raises. Angie: I was hard to gauge my time with a wall clock but Corey Croz said it was about 20:20.
