Today’s WOD:

- Press/Push Press/Push Jerk (95#/65#)

As Many Rounds in 15 Minutes
- 30 Lunges
- 20 Sit-ups
- 30 Swings (53#/35#)

    3 and 2/3 rds on L2 WOD

    .5 less than last time.

    WOD L3 4 rounds
    used 70 on the swings and 53 on the racked lunges.

    who would have thought lunges would be a welcome rest?

    THe challenge looked easier on the board. I figure I could do a bunch of them but I only got 3 (RX) I just could not get the 4th press up! So I tried again. Got 3 again.

    Good work out. I was 3.3333333 rounds

    6 AM…Not a great sequel to last night…barely “made for DVD” quality…

    Discovered that REGRESSION comes 11 hours after Hurricane Fran.

    Press/Push Press/Push Jerk: 2 rounds and a LOT of nothing! [Couldn't even remember to push press it instead of push jerk so had to redo both push presses.]

    WOD:
    Got to 14 of 30 KB53′s in Round 4

    Sucks to be me at work right now (on only 4.5 hours of sleep). Two days rest coming up…next perforamnce Friday 6 AM…I think…

    sorry to miss this one–would have enjoyed the workouts

    weakness and pain in the back of my right knee–

    strained it doing clean and jerks at the 6pm last night

    hope to return tomorrow night or Thursday am

    Press/Push Press/Push Jerk – 7 complete rounds with 65#, then bailed instead of trying for half rounds (mental failure more than physical)

    WOD – 3 complete rounds as Rxd plus 10 seconds of sucking wind ;D
