    Danny: 3 rounds

    Mod to 95# ppress after first 5 reps…sometimes I think I’m a bigger dog than I am and find out rather quickly that I’m not…

    Stacking this WOD on top of last night’s -- not great.

    Thinking light skill work tomorrow…maybe…

    2 rounds then got to 10 reps into the push press.
    Rxd on the weight and box jump
    Right hand bleeding again :)

    2 rounds and got to 2 push presses in round 3 as rxed.

    Moral victory -- finally got over my irrational fear of sliping off the 45lbs plate on a 20 inch box. However, sure would be nice to have more than 1 24″ box in Beverly. Just a friendly and helpful suggestion.

    good job gordon.
    I did this one RX which felt really good cause 75 pounds is heavy. There was a top rate crew at the beverly 9am this am kicking some butt!

    Not related to the workout: Perform Better has many useful toys on sale: competition style kettlebells (24kg for $69.95), bumper plates, elite foam rollers (black), etc. I remember that some people in Beverly were interested in buying kettlebells for their “garage gyms”, this might be a good opportunity to get a high-quality product at a very reasonable price.

    rx’d on weight but sticking to my guns on no more pull ups and used the band. Got to push press in 4th round so 3 full rounds completed.
    Thank god no more stupid l holds after today.
