- Deadlift 50% 1 Rep Max
- DB Press (30#/20#)

    nearly tossed my cookies this morning after almost blacking out after the box jumps
    not feeling the love today
    50 BJs for time 2:18 box jumps people

    WOD 2:42 135# dl / 35# dbs
    i was lucky to be able to do this after the near black out…so i scaled down

    tabata situps 10 pushups 8

    There was alot going on this morning, Ben nearly passed out and Danny violated my personal space during tabata pushups.

    2:19 box jumps --

    WOD 3:40 with 155#DL/30# press -- mid way through the last round of presses my shoulder more or less shut down. I push pressed (poorly) the last 4 just to finish.

    Situps -- 14 on first 6, 12 on last two
    Pushups -- not great -- around 7-8 per round, my arms were toast.

    Tabata Situps: 12, 11, 10, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9 Ben was making “primal” noises…

    Tabata Pushups: 16, 9, [insert random numbers between 3 and 5 for remaining sets]
    [Danny violated Gordo's personal space...with emphasis on VIOLATED - I felt violated and I wasn't anywhere near Gordo's personal space...]

    Ben was misbehaving and put Danny in position to violate Gordo’s personal space…

    It was quite the eventful morning…guess that’s what happens when more of the 6 AM crew show all together than in recent weeks…

    2:15 on the Box Jumps. Was at 30 when Brandon finished. I think he has springs in his shoes or something. Never have seen Ben fall apart like he did today. The coaching at Ben’s Box needs an overhaul.

    Wod- 6:00 DL @ 185 “Speedy Diane” sucks when you’re doing 185 and people like Ben are doing 135. I’m also terrible at high rep Deadlifts. No clue why.

    2:38 box jumps-slow and steady-still paranoid about reinjuring my knee

    WOD 3:27 @185 w/30# dumbbells — deadlifts really easy, but had to rest 3-4 times
    on dumbbells

    Tabata situps 15/15/15/15/15/13/13/13
    Tabata pushups 5 or 6

    and finally… my first muscle-up--thanks for the advice JP--I was over-thinking every
    movement

    4:30 on box jumps…pretty slow but whatever

    workout I have no idea the time but I went pretty quick…even with the crazy boys doing a mile run with a 115 pound bag to distract us!
    And brian getting hit by a car…
    sits -- mostly 12 and 13s but got a ten on the last round

    WOD 170#DL and 30lb dumb bells 2:35

    Tabata Push ups were pathetic. I think it was 5.
    Tabata situps 20,36,43,52,58,62,64,75. 1 more than Goland on the last 20 seconds.
    For some reason I got faster and faster with the situps.

    p.s. peirce….how many clips did you put on each side of the DL bar? 45+45+15+15+45=165lbs

    I was using the bar that weighs 50 pounds.
    It’s very special and Dave only lets me use it.
    Between the special bar and the clips I suppose I actually did 170.2 pounds

    Once you can do 75 situps in 20 seconds Dave will probably let you use it too.

    did the Box jumps in 2:12 but gases and did the 21-15-9 in 5:24 with 175#
    Tabata Pushups dont know Tabata sit ups 9

    WOD 170# DL (45,10,5,2.5 on each side Ben) and 25# DB (ran out of 30#) 3:29

    No idea on the Tabatas. Low numbers for sure.

    My bad. But, yeah, they were flying through those sit-ups. It was like Tim was Neo and Jay was Agent Smith. They were going all Matrix on us.

    My legs were led on the box jumps…seriously, heavy heavy heavy lead.
    loved the wod though. I love love love deadlifts.
