WOD

Today’s WOD:

Strength 20 Minute Time Limit
 – 8-6-4 Power Clean
 – 8-6-4 Press
 – 8-6-4 Front Squat

Choose a weight, 1 minute between sets. This is a 4 week program, 3 times per week. So document.

    I think recovery from 5 consecutive days off is worse than recovery from 5 consecutive days on…NO week should have Friday’s workout as the first of the week…it’s just wrong…

    Power Cleans @195 7/5/4 – definitely beyond my limit
    most of them resembled power curls, not power cleans
    body is leaning forward when I start my second pull
    dropping down to 175 next week to work on my form

    Presses 135 for 3 reps, realized it was too heavy
    125 for 6, 125 for 4

    Front Squats -running out of time 6 x 145, 4 x 145

    WOD subbed 1500m row at 1:57 pace, 53# kb swings, and pushups
    (hands in rough shape)
