- Kettle Bell Snatch
- Kettle Bell Goblet Squats (Level 3: Lunges)
- Kettle Bell Swings
35#/25# (Level 3: 53#/35#)

Challenge:
- Max Dips in 2 Minutes

    we did consecutive dips at Bev6am
    max dips in 2 mins….that would have been in the hundreds….right Cas!?!?

    10:11 with 20lb KB…still getting back into the “swing” of things (HAHA)…a little harder to do and slower after having a baby, being gone for several months and now only being able to get to the gym twice per week. But it sure does feel good when I am there.

    WOD: 9:35 35 for the snatches and 53 for squats and swings.

    11 Consec ring dips -which is what we did in Beverly.

    Jesus…que the balloons…because i’m getting nothing short of 100 dips in 2minutes.

    I somehow missed the level 3 mod of lunges – I actually think the goblet squats are harder for me anyway…35# KB, finished shortly behind Tim.

    After 3 attempts I was able to finish all 3 of the OLY WODs in a week. I had to split #3 into c&J last night and back squats this AM, but at least it’s all done.
