Did my ring dips on the red band today because my shoulders are barking again. 24″ Box Jumps. 23.5″ Vertical Jump and then finished off with the tabata intervals from yesterday.
did the WOD at the Y this morning…got a few funny looks ;D hee hee
7 minutes, no idea how many seconds it was 10:10 when I started and 10:17 when I finished. My mods were: for the dips I put two benches together and used a 16in box..it’s what they had.
warmed up with 10 burpees, 20 sit ups, 15 squats, 20 KB swings each arm (25#) and 10 KB snatches each arm (25#).
I love the curious looks I get from people bored out of their minds sitting on machines “working out”. hahahaha!

WOD- 8:56 L2 maybe should have tried this level 3, too late now. Lot harder going up than coming down. Finished 1-4 in under a minute.

Another sad morning without Ben who is off working on his glutes to the point of obsession.
WOD: 9:35 – L2 – Last few rounds were painful. I never enjoyed box jumps so much as a break.

WOD – modified-avoiding multiple jumping routines due to a strained ACL in my right knee
substituted 70# kb swings for the box jumps–time 12:00+
ring dips are one of my worst exercises–could only manage one at a
time the last 3 rounds
