    note: 200 ghd situps will hurt you very very badly 2 days after you do them…sneezing brings on a whole new meaning to PAIN

    Nice job this morning Cas with a strong showing in the squat…showing me up that is.

    305/145/365=815 Total, Previous CF Total 785

    Back squat was a PR by 40#
    Press and Deadlift both 10# under my PR’s

    note: Losing to Ben by 5# after setting a 40# PR will hurt you emotionally. Somebody please tell me how to raise my press weight.

    Got to do this workout with Joe C and Gary this morning:

    Backsquat -- 275, 295(PR), 305 (failed) = 295
    Press -- 155, 160 (failed twice) = 155
    Deadlift -- 365, 385, 405 (failed) = 385
    Total -- 835

    Total 385 -- Bsquat = 135 (PR), press (75), Dlift 175 (PR). Need work on the press!

    Back squat 225, 235, 245(f)
    Press 150(f), 150, 155(f)
    Deadlift 345, 365, 375(f)

    PR on deadlift by 10 lbs, matched PR on back squat and press

    thought I’d do a little better on the press--have to make sure
    to keep the bar going up in a straight line--pushed the bar
    forward in my 2 failed attempts

    first Crossfit total 6 months ago: 685

    Back squat 225
    Press 135
    Deadlift 325

    need to work on my back squat — almost no improvement over the past 6 months

    tabata sit-ups 16,15,15,15,15,13,13,13

    Matched Lew on every lift this morning, Total=835

    I think we made too big of a jump on the deadlift on our last lift, we should have gone for 395 instead of 405. 405 felt like it was bolted to the floor.

    CFT 735 (265,135,335)

    Back squat (1.77X BW) -- 225,245,265 (+20# PR)

    Press (0.9X BW) -- 125,135,145f (135 went up easy so I got too greedy; should have gone with 140)

    Deadlift (2.23X BW) -- 305,325,335 (+30# PR)

    My long-term (2-3 year) 1RM goals have been for a 2X body weight back squat, 1X body weight press, and 2.5X body weight deadlift. Today makes me believe that I’m in striking distance, maybe even in 2010!

    My total was 455. I am very pleased.
    PR on the back squat at 165, PR on the deadlift at 210 and 80 for the press. I think I have been at 80 FOREVER. Ugh. Great job 9am-ers and thanks for all your help coach Tara!

    Pr -- 135
    DL -- 330 (Failed at 360#, got greedy)

    Total = 775, seems to always end up at 775

    Was on time for 6:00 am class! (a major achievement in and of itself …)

    back squat: 165# (PR -- thanks Tara for pushing me to try this :)

    press: 90#

    deadlift: 275 (PR)

    Total: 530 (+30 from previous best Xfit Total ~{8-D )
