Can’t wait to feel my quads tomorrow. Those later lunges got tough. It was inspirational to watch Dawn the old geezer kick my butt.
I wasn’t feeling it today and I had a million excuses for Dave. My knee hurts, I’m tired, etc. He told me he didn’t care and told me to just do the WOD. Thanks for the tough love.

8:05 on the quad and glute burner WOD. Did same as Doug – 21′s and 9′s on the bar unbroken. Seemed like the whole world was yelling at me through the 9′s – it’s a good thing I don’t have an inferiority complex.

195 felt easy–I just have to get used to dropping down lower in the jerk
WOD 9:15 really slow on the burpees, but did the 21 and 9 sets of lunges without
dropping the bar

Thanks Tara, my knees are fine, i think the lunges sounded a lot worse than they felt haha
