    Wod Rx’d- 9:54 the lunges sure made the burpees a bit harder

    Can’t wait to feel my quads tomorrow. Those later lunges got tough. It was inspirational to watch Dawn the old geezer kick my butt.

    p.s. Burpees are way too easy for Joey Burpee.

    I wasn’t feeling it today and I had a million excuses for Dave. My knee hurts, I’m tired, etc. He told me he didn’t care and told me to just do the WOD. Thanks for the tough love.

    worked on rope climbs with Casey after and have some nice burns on my shins now.

    195 felt easy–I just have to get used to dropping down lower in the jerk

    WOD 9:15 really slow on the burpees, but did the 21 and 9 sets of lunges without
    dropping the bar

    Need to drop lower, wider, quicker…plenty of power.

    8:05 on the quad and glute burner WOD. Did same as Doug – 21′s and 9′s on the bar unbroken. Seemed like the whole world was yelling at me through the 9′s – it’s a good thing I don’t have an inferiority complex. ;)

    Thanks Tara, my knees are fine, i think the lunges sounded a lot worse than they felt haha
