- Back Squat, 1 rep max
- Shoulder Press, 1 rep max
- Deadlift, 1 rep max

    Deads were not happening for me today…great energy and PR’s at 6AM

    Back Squat 245 I dont think I warmed up enough
    Press 150
    DL 375 I think I may have had 10# more to go but figured with a 10# increase over last time I would take it and leave my back alone to fight another day.

    First time doing this one. Got a new PR on my BS and DL

    Should be able to get over 800 next time. I started out a too light on the back squats probably could have worked up to 295.

    I am loading up on eziekel muffins and almond butter tomorrow to PR this baby.

    No pressure or anything, I just feel it.

    Squat -- 290 (PR)

    Press -- 165 (PR)

    Deadlift -- 385 (PR)

    Total was 840, which was up 90 from when we did this in January.

    Back Squat : 255 (missed my PR of 275 twice)
    Press : 165 (PR)
    Deadlift : 395 (PR)

    Overall same as last Crossfit Total. If I had only got my last squat attempt. Next time.

    Back squat 195 (up 5 from last total but not a PR)
    Press 80 (missed PR of 85 x2)
    Deadlift 245
    Total 520 (no gain but no loss)

    Total 595 (off my 640 in May):

    Back Squat:
    245 (bailed on 255)

    Press:
    115 PR (gave 120 a shot to no avail)

    Deadlift:
    235 (jumped right to 265, which I couldn’t budge for whatever reason so had to settle for 235)

    The ladies to either side of me tonight (Alexis & Kathryn, Nancy) made me wonder “What the heck???” as they knocked down their lifts like pros.

    Otherwise, great time!

    Back squat: 255 (less than PR, but with good form)
    Press: 155 (PR, with good form)
    Deadlift: 365 (went 20 lbs less than PR which still didn’t help the form…:)
    Total: 775, same as in May
