Today’s WOD:

- 10 Minute Handstand/Ring Practice

WOD for max reps & rounds
- Max Lunges in 1 Minute
10 Minutes
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Weighted Sit-ups
Rest 1 Minute
5 Minutes
- 5 Push-ups
- 10 V-ups
- Max Lunges in 1 Minute

    Handstand practice, freestanding and on wall.

    WOD
    45 lunges
    7 rounds + 5 burpees + 9 situps (20 lb db -- glad I put that 30 lb back!)
    10 rounds
    44 lunges

    Consecutive 6 AM #2! Can we make it 3? Only tomorrow will tell…
