    CF Strength Bias @ Latitude

    3x3 Deadlift 315,325,335 (335 was my 1RM during my last CFT, so pretty psyched)
    High-rep Deadlift 235 (got 18 consecutive)

    Short metcon, less than 10 minutes:

    1 mile time trial 7:0x (My clumsy fingers cleared my stopwatch before I got a second look, so don’t know the 3rd digit.)

    WOD 5:05 had to pause twice during the last round of squat jumps-legs were burning

    4x3 @225; 1x3 @185 [Danny Vee - I've grown weak...we need to work on this!!!]

    7:05 on the second half -- situps are slow but quite effective. Haven’t done squat jumps since P90X over a year ago (still got it! ;) )

    i was going to stick to 315 for the deads but decided to do 315, 335, 345, 355, 360.
