    muscle up practice--high enough, but let my elbows flare out
    I think I’ll have my first tomorrow

    need to tape my wrists from now on--feels like I rubbed them with sandpaper

    Level 1 this morning.

    First time doing a 1000m row (3:35.6 ~1:49 pace)

    Would have GLADLY run a trial mile instead were it not for remnant pain from too many double unders over the last couple weeks (I think). It’ll still be a few days of rolling until running and jumping are back to 100% I think. SUCKED at running in team WOD Saturday and this morning’s high skips killed.

    Back at 7 PM for Round 2! CAN’T WAIT!!!

    good agility warm up. PR with a press of 75 but couldn’t do more than 3….

    I really wanted to make this WOD this morning, but I had a fitful night’s sleep last night. Shaving 2 minutes off my Annie time has come at a cost. I pretty much woke up whenever I rolled over and engaged my abs. Dang, I have some serious DOMS from the sit-ups on Monday. Good times!

    YMCA Running day
    1 mile warm up
    10 rounds 30 sec on/ 30 sec off 10% hill climb intervals at 8 min mile pace
    7 rounds 30 sec on/ 30 sec off sprint intervals at 5 min / mile pace
    1/2 mile cool down
