    Didn’t look too bad last time until I discovered this is with two dumbells.

    Glad I did my Bday burpees last night. I propose a rule change: # Bday burpees = 100 -- your age. Good to have something less to look forward to as you get older.

    Doug, thanks for posting the strategy articles link yesterday. Good stuff.

    Hey so the plan is, next Tuesday, we will be meeting up at Route Four 66 Bar and Grill on route 1 at 8:00pm. I sent out a facebook invite to those of you I am friends with, but for those of you who aren’t on the book, here are the details:

    tired today--took my time on this one
    split the cleans into sets of 8/7
    hands were sore, so I switched to 30 pushups/round
    for the last 3 rounds (full release of hands on the pushups-per JP)
    much harder than regular pushups
    time 18 something

    Had to MOD X2: From 40# to 35# and Kipping to Jumping Pull-ups b/c hands are still raw. 16:42 -- Relatively speaking, my worst performance on a WOD…Anyone try Chia Seeds yet? I had one scoop with my pre-wkt shake at 5pm for the 6pm class w/ JP…had a bloated feeling throughout the WOD and couldn’t catch my breath…still not an excuse though.
