NSCF Weightlifting Team Competes

The past couple months NSCF’s weightlifting team has been working hard preparing for a couple big meets.  They have put in 3-4 hard days of training logging around 2 1/2 hours per session.  Coach Lussier promises all the hard work will pay off at the meets.  He is predicting numerous New England records and some National Champions.

This Sunday Team NSCF is heading to the Vermont State Essex Middle School Open.  Sam Wong Rapuano, Tim Decoff, Sarah Wong, Susan Young, Nikki Prussakasamsue, Susie Wong, Rachel Belino and Jeanee Gonet will be representing us.

Next weekend we will be heading down to Savannah Georgia for the 2012 National Masters.  Representing Team NSCF is Tara Picardy, Dawn Adam-Brown, Bill Thedford, Roland Beaulieu, Steve Blair and Dave Peddie.
