Weightlifting area
NSCF’s weightlifting area is for members of our CrossFit program to get in more strength and Olympic lifting workload. The area also serves as a dedicated area for our weightlifting team. There is weekly lifting workloads posted on the board. The lifting area is always open, however, there are specific times that instruction is offered.
Instructional Team training times
- Monday(fall & winter only) and Wednesday 6:30pm Beginner Intermediate
- Monday and Wednesday 5:30-8:30 Advanced Team Training
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am Advanced Team Training
- Saturday and Sunday 10am-12pm Team Training and PR Day. All members can come go for a PR
Open Platform times
Monday-Friday 6am-1pm
Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-8:30pm
Friday 4:30-7:30pm
Saturday’s 10am-12noon
