Specialty Programs

Great workout consisted of muscle up breakdown, lever work, rope climb and WOD. RJ strung together muscle ups for the first time, Rachel and Nikki improved their kip swing and rope climb technique, and Cas ran through the obstacle course like a flamin’ bat outta hell!
